there are small pimple all over body

Use calamine lotion as these pimples could probably be either associated with rashes or some kind of an allergy so this is going to be beneficial but if the child is also having fever along with the rashes and all then this could be either smallpox or chickenpox I would definitely recommend you to consult your doctor once
