recently moved from U.S my baby is getting more rashes wt ointment I can use

Use Coconut oil or olive oil for massaging to your baby and simultaneously check for some products, which may cause allergy.
Don't use any soap of the body till rashes heals. Also you can apply Clocip or bitadin powder which are anti fungal and bacterial in nature.
