recently 1 month back I got ceserian my belly stomach is not reducing its looking like 7th month pregnancy so please give any suggestions to reduce my belly

A. cut on all junk. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
