Ma’am now it depends what do you concern as a delay when it comes comes to teeth coming because a lot of parents do not know as a child can have its teeth between the age of 3 to 17 months and if it doesn’t happen then it could be a delay which could be due to deficiency of calcium or other issues associated with the gums of your child in that case a dentist can help you better
