Rashes on stomach. What could be reason. My son skin is always dry

You can use calamine lotion as this kind of a rash can probably be seen due to heat into the body which is why you are seeing these rashes I’m going to recommend you to apply this lotion 3 to 4 times in the day that is going to make the skin better and smooth over the passing time
