hello sir my child has itchy rashes on stomach and thighs .when I touch the skin on rashes it is rough and dry

Hi mom looks like some allergy if it spreads more check with doctor or else no need to worry just apply baby lotion regularly sometimes it may happen due to dry skin so keep skin always moisturized. Johnson's Baby Lotion is the one I always prefer for my kids It locks moisture upto 24 hrs and keep skin away from dryness using regularly helps baby skin smooth and soft

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy11 months agoA. A child's rash may be caused by sensitive, dry skin or an infection. Apply moisturizing lotion for dry skin rashes and calamine lotion for rashes on sweaty skin. Seek medical advice.
