ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. it may be urtricaria rashes give levoceterizene syrup as prescribed by your doctor It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

Apply coconut oil or himalaya prickly heat powder on the rashes. This will help to give relief.
Make ur baby wear loose comfortable clothes in summers.
Also make sure that you use good skincare products like babyhug products
