A. yes if you remain active during pregnancy your pelvic muscles are always in working phase so do help in normal delivery For normal delivery You should remain active during your pregnancy and have regular daily walking once you reach 38 weeks you can start doing squats , but with someone's support. Also 1st have proper Consultation with your doctor.
