Mam you can give whatever food you want to give from the age of nine months onwards because we recommended to start giving all the family foods to the child plus good proteins veg non-veg right now whatever you wanna give is no diet and prematurity is considered for initial six months to one year after that the child usually takes a proper growth as it is meant to be
