instead of suggesting cream ,here I suggest some tips , hope it help:
massage this part with oil like bio oil or vitamin E oil.
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated,it will help to maintain elsticity of skin.
keep that area clean.
maintain good hygiene.
