plzzz tell me good immunity power improved food. my son 2 y 4 m he doesn't have a immunity power what should I do.

Hello mom giving a balanced diet comprising of major of all food groups are very much essential , you can give the child seasonal fruits and vegetables, that helps a lot with it , dry fruits , different varieties of dals , whole grain cereals, millets , Turmeric milk etc
