A. A diverse diet with a colourful mix of fruits and vegetables as well as grains and proteins (beans, nuts, seeds, meat, chicken, fish, eggs) will help keep your child's immune system strong. Dark green leafy vegetables and orange/yellow coloured fruit and vegetables are especially good for their immunity.
