Hania khanMom of a 3 yr 1 m old girl6 days agoA. You can try a zinc-oxide based cream (like Sudocrem or B4 Nappy Rash Cream) which forms a protective layer on skin. Apply a thick layer after every diaper change on clean, dry skin. Also change diaper every 2–3 hours and avoid tight diapers. If baby is crying a lot, rash looks severe, or has pus/fever, consult a doctor immediately.
