Dear mum, for 13 months old baby, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give all family foods to your child the way you prepare at your home. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to baby’s food. Give 4 to 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time. Continue to breastfeed till 2 years.
You should give about 350 ml of water every day.
