plz give me food or meal chart for 2 or 3 yr kids and what will be the routine for this age group kid

A. Routine you will have to set as per your convenience and if your child has started going to school then you have to set it accordingly and the food is going to be the same food whatever you and your family are having on an every day basis that’s the best to be given to the child
