Pls suggest some remedy for my hairs I m having so much hair fall after delivery

Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, Hairfall is common after delivery. Maintain healthy and balanced diet. Concentrate on your iron levels. Add more iron rich foods into your daily diet. Be gentle while combing your hair. Try different hairstyle. Use mild shampoos for hair wash. Use essential hair oils for your hair and massage it on daily basis. Thank you.
