pls suggest a good liver tonic for my 3yr old daughter, she has a severe constipation prblm,she doesn't eat food and often vomit. She is getting weaker.Pls suggest something for her.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is more than three years of age if the baby is having constipation it is advisable to give adequate water for the baby to drink and all seasonal fruits like mango papaya banana you can give neopeptine syrup 2.5 ml 2 times a day
