Hello ma’am I would just advise you once you are done with your stitches healing that is almost after 6 to 8 months after delivery because normally C-section stitches take good amount of time to heal so once the heal completely and you are physically fit then you should go for a proper workout followed by a healthy diet to lose on your weight in a proportionate manner because the only way to lose down on the sagging tummy with a proper workout and diet
