Hello mom give him variety of foods from various food groups for him such as seasonal fruits and vegetables especially the dark ones , also lentils and legumes are helpful such as Channa , rajma , horse gram , beans etc , dry fruits and nuts - especially dates , raisins , almonds etc turmeric milk , home made kadha , cereals and millets

please strictly avoid all packed food and products with refined flour
please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil
