9am break fast as poha cheela idli dosa upma suji halwa uthapam cornflakes chocos
11am any fruit as papaya apple banana pear sapota
1.30pm lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad
4.30pm snacks as vegetables cutlet potato tikka bread pakoda
7.30pm dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
10pm a cup of milk..
AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. As ur baby is one year old, give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby.
Now u can give all that you cook for your family. There is no restriction on that now. Now the babies can digest everything.
