please suggest to me what I do for this. it's increasing day by day

A. It’s an allergy or some kind of problem because you may be using diapers continuously which is why it is aggravating currently I would recommend you to apply candid dusting powder 3 to 4 times in the day in the affected area and do not use diapers for the time being also you can apply calamine lotion if you need to
