Hi You please consult your gynaecologist advise you with the best brand to go for also she will tell you all the pros and cons associated with it because a lot of women have suffered difficult times due to using mensuration cup without consulting your gynaecologist so please understand everything properly with your doctor and then you decide whether you want to go ahead with it or not because it can be quite messy certain times
