sometime ago my baby having same problem then my mother in law suggest us to use boro plus cream regularly  when you changing the diaper and there is not such problems we have faced.

and don't use daiper for long time which causes rashes.

Change diapers often to avoid long contact with moisture.
 go for diaper free time after every diaper change. 
Clean your baby’s skin with baby wipes or cloth after removing the diaper. You can apply any of -candid cream, or eazynappy cream, Sofirash cream.

Change diaper frequently every 4-5 hours of intervals wash area often with lukewarm water keep diaper free time in daytime apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily diaper rash cream regularly everytime you change diaper 
Usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free
