please suggest me some exercises or yoga name after delivery to loss belly fat....and when to start exercise after delivery.... kya phle kk trah body ho jayegi ....kya sara fat burn ho jayega ....3 months ho gye delivery ko....and m not having Mensuration what to do....please tell

A. hi first, you need to wait for few days more I mean,start doing exercises only after 6 months of delivery till that, go for walking everyday eat couple of bites less than usual don't worry about menstruation ,it alright by the time
