ingredients-250 ml milk, almonds,cashews,walnuts,pistachios(4-5),poppy seeds (khaskhas)2 spoons, desi ghee,sugar.
recipe -1.make powder of dry fruits and poppy seeds .
2.take a pan and pour 2 spoon of designs ghee in it add 250 ml of milk,sugee and powder of dry fruits .mix it well on medium flame for 10 mins .
3. enjoy Luke warm nutritious milk twice a week.it is affordable and easy to make.
4. you can make powder of dry fruits for future.

you can take protine X powder
or prepare such powder at home ,it is more safe and hygienic.
you can prepare it using different nuts like almonds, cashew, pista, walnuts etc
