please suggest any best ointment for my 5 month baby skin rashes. the rashes are severe and red.

A. Please try coconut oil or fresh aloevera gel maintain proper hygeine wipe rash area with soft cotton clothrs donot apply any lotion or any thing you can use rash care cream but if problem persist then please consult your pediatrician he or she will suggest you.
