Q.

please suggest a feeding and sleeping schedule for my 5 month old. sometimes she sleeps for about 8 hours without feeding at night. is that ok? or should I wake her up to feed?

A. Hi Babies are very well aware of hunger, so try to feed the baby every 2-3 hours during day time but allow the baby to sleep undisturbed & decide for themselves if they need to feed to not. There is no need to wake the baby.
