this is to provide them with a balanced diet as such which in a way helps in over all growth and immunity
include seasonal fruits & vegetables dry fruits dals legumes - lobia , rajma etc
eggs , fish ghee etc

Palace nutrition diet and all the family food should be given to the child has a balanced diet is the key to overall growth plus make sure to give good amount of proteins fats and carbs in the diet because it plays an important role in overall development of your child
