please share diet for weight gain and immunity booster.

A. Hello mom healthy home made and natural foods are preferred . Limit intake of too much of sugary , refined and processed foods. You can give whole grain and cereals, dry fruits and nuts , milk, panner , ghee , seasonal fresh and locally available fruits and vegetables, variety of dals and lentils like channa , rajma etc
