please recommend sensitive skin suitable soap for kids of a 4 year old as her skin gets really really dry n rough even after putting so much cream and coconut oil.Recommedation for cream also be appreciated pls.

Babyhug soap you can use and also peach milk moisturiser is extremely good as it is anti-inflammatory and it’s going to be suitable for the sensitive skin of the child try this combination this will be good and if required you can also consult a dermatologist
