A. All the vaccination should be given according to the vaccination schedule whether the government or IAP schedule and you can discuss with your pediatrician regarding the details of the vaccination. Pulse polio immunization programme is provided by the government to all children below 5 years of age. if your child has received polio vaccine before as per the schedule thhfen also you should give this vaccine on the the pulse polio day as this is an additional vaccine.h For polio vaccine dates and related query you need to contact your local authorities .

Q. I am a father of Twins. they are 20 months old now. We had done their all vaccinations from Aanganwadi (as suggested by Private Hospital Doctor). When I go thru their vaccination Chart, I noticed most of the vaccines are left to taken, when asked, they said that they have completed Govt. Vaccines. Rest other vaccines are to be taken from Private Hospital, which are optional according to them. Kindly please suggest what should I do.
