A. Hi dear mom If u want to loose weight then u need to start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce ur weight. Drink lukewarm water with lemon and honey in the morning empty stomach to burn fat. Drink plenty of water in a day. U cab also do cycling, walk, jogging to reduce your weight
