how can I lose my weight.

A. Hello To lose weight, you can 1. Include sprouts, pulses, skim milk, egg whites,curd, vegetables, fruits nuts 2. Avoid sugar. sweets , junk foods , fried, bakery foods 3. Exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast . it can be brisk walk also.
