please answer. my baby fell down from. bed to floor. she is trying to stand. so ahe cried and then she became normal. but from that she is going sleep more and she woke up she playing and then sleeping agin very soon. tell me any injury will happen. no bleeding symptoms. please i am very fear answer to my question.. if inside the head any damage happens anwer me

Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness  reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs  immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. 
Recurrent fall injury for yga child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionalhly .
Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated  and can be easily missed out most of the time .
