per day my baby pass 4 time motion from yesterday she didn't today afternoon she passed high quantity is yellow colour

A. hello 4 times is ok but of frequency is imcreasing amd is watery u can then check with ur doctor n she will be able to guide u accordingly which should be better n safe nothing to worry
