SandhyaMom of a 9 yr 2 m old girl5 years agoA. Hi, firstly take the iron and calcium supplement until one year as suggested by your gynaecologist. Secondly, have a healthy diet food. Fibre rich food, iron rich food. Take more liquids like fresh fruit juice, buttermilk, coconut water, water. And take adequate rest. Thirdly, take a tablespoon of castor oil and 2 tablespoon of coconut oil. Lightly heat the mixture. Apply lukewarm oil to hair and give a massage. Take bath after an hour. Repeat this once in a week.
