ExpertDr. Hemendra GuptaPaediatrician5 years agoA. I would suggest you to use a good quality diaper rash cream before applying the diaper for your child like dermadiew diaper rash cream or b4 napi ointment etc. all the best

Vritika AroraMom of a 9 yr 1 m old boy5 years agoA. first of all clean the genital area with plain water only and pat dry it. apply coconut oil 2 to 3 times. you can try himalaya rash cream or mama earth rash cream. even mother care cream has good results. avoid diaper till the rashes are cured. always change the diaper after every 3 to 4 hours to maintain hygiene. choose correct diaper size and never compromise on quality.
