AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. OK... For rashes apply himalya or any other diaper rash cream on the rashes to give relief.
Change the diaper after every 3-4 hours or when soiled with potty immediately.
Clean the area with water everytime u change the diaper.
Give diaper free time in between to ur baby to avoid rashes
