Pain from lower back to stomach and umbilical cord in 39th week of pregnancy... is it a sign of labour?

A. There are different forms of labour sometimes you can have this kind of a pain sometimes you can have brown discharge sometimes tremendous pain in legs and stomach and the cramps come and go with a specific time sometimes the water starts to leak and it can be a sign of labour with what you are mentioning so better to visit your doctor
