Only in right side of ear frequently wax is creating in my baby boy even though m cleaning regularly .please suggest what to do

It is not necessarily earwax there could be another issue also associated with this so just get it examined with an ENT doctor if there’s anything else that you need to work you need to know then the doctor can advise you after physically examining your child
