one of my brest pains alot after breastfeeding and sometimes occasionally. Nerves of my left breast basically pains. I do have hot shower and do warm massage frequently bt still pains like burning. is there any concern. plzz help

A. before nursing ...compresses, take warm shower or bath, Apply warm compresses to the swollen area 3-4 times a day for 10-15 minutes. and do breast massage. if still pains, check it by gynecologist in person.
