one of eyelid of my 4 and half month old baby remains always red.what can be the reason and what to do.

A. Kindly touch it and see if you see that there is some kind of dryness then it could be a rash or skin related issue on the particular area since it’s about the eyes we cannot suggest anything to apply so please get it examined your doctors for further assistant
