This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to weather changes around the child.
For cold you can give syp maxtra /wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2 to 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
Try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly.
Indirect steam can also be given.
For fever and pain give paraczetamol
Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink. .
For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice dailyz to the child

sir as I m giving crocin syrup 240 3.5 ml for fever she rarely cough so I don't give anything and she feels nose blocked so I  apply baby rub pink vicks
for cold and cough I give her homeopathy no.6 medicine as hers fever lasts mostly in a day but whenever she feels temperature is 100 or above yesterday she shiver also sometimes complained for feeling coold 🧊
