Weaning has three stages in which it can be started . stage 1 consists of introduction of liquids and solid food which shall be done at 5 to 6 months of age and needs tto be started gradually step by step . stage 2 consists of more textured and new taste to baby by 7 months of age stage 3 in which a more variety of food can be started by 9-12 months of age...

If your child is not gaining and a lot of time these could be due to nutritional deficiency so I’d advise you to go ahead with consulting nutritionist once regarding the same because a doctor can advise with the right kind of diet plan that you should follow for the childWrite Your Answer Here
