nausea ho raha one month se.. abdomen ultrasound normal hai ..blood report normal hai..kya kare Dr..baby nausea se paresan hai theek se kha bhi nahi kuch..abhi sardi ho gaye hai khasi aa rahe

please take well balance diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep well
