Hello doctor my son is 4 years old . Vo khana thik se nhi kha rha or nausea ho rha h . Abdomen ultrasound hua usme report m likha h midly enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes . Please suggest

A proper medication would be required for the same these kind of things can be changed with small kids but a proper course of medicine is very much important and food alterations and precautions are equally important at the same time so just follow about your doctor advise you
