namasthe madam my baby 1 year 4months old ..he is only eating small amount of cerlac..and mashed rice..

A. Hello mom not required after the age of 1 there is no requirement of giving cerelac to them as from the age of 1 they can be given usual family foods now , limit or avoid packaged or pre mixes for them

A. Cerelac you should not be giving because of no use you should be proper food to the child whatever you preparing at home also try to introduce different varieties to the child which is going to be more appealing for the child introduce it with rice only if your child like to have more of that but try to change the variety go for a healthy option
