Namaste sir, my son still depending on smashed food. if we give him whole rice, he doesn't eat

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear you are advised to give small bite and finger food to the child to eat on its own do not over feed the baby also give variety and eat with the child and teach the baby to chew the food well before eating also whatever you cook at home to be a part of the diet of the child now
