Namaste maam, I m 34 years I'm pregnant for second baby 30 weeks my fetal weight is 1.2 kg how to increase it plz help

A. start protein supplement . daily twice with milk . also take care to have good diet intake and regular follow up for baby check up . also keep a watch on baby activities
