#Namaste Doctor my child is 12 he is afraid of doctors has palpitations when the Doctor comes near him Doctor says it's white coat syndrome Please tell me what it is and how to treat it ? Doctor says it can become heart problem iam very worried

for this , you need to practice some relaxation techniques like deep breathing ,or breathing exercises.
try to have positive conversation with a child before visiting doctor
or try to divert your child attention by giving toys or activities at that time.
don't make big deal or create chaos to meet doctor.
